MacHenry Motiv8 Churchill is a young, dynamic public speaker. He started speaking before incredibly large audiences by the age of 13. By 17, while still in the university, he started training speakers. At 20 he delved into motivational speaking and youth coaching, and by 23 he started speaking to small business owners about ‘how to speak like a CEO’. Two years later he was training CEOs, public office holders, leaders, pastors, aspiring radio/TV presenters and motivational speakers on ‘Effective Public Speaking’.

A political scientist by tertiary education, coach & mentor by training, broadcaster by on-the-job experience and motivational speaker by calling, MacHenry Churchill is using THE POWER OF TALK to impact and transform his generation.

A passionate CEO and serial entrepreneur, MacHenry Motiv8 Churchill has founded several companies and platforms. He heads GIFT OF THE GAB, a fully-focused public speaking services company. He is also the dean of SPEAKER UNIVERSITY, an institution founded solely to train and raise aspiring public speakers. He is the project lead for TEMPO (Talkers for Empowering & Motivating People and Organizations), a program that equips aspiring trainers with the tools and resources necessary for their effectiveness. He also heads THE RADIO CLUB, an open social group for young, aspiring radio presenters. TALK BIZNESS™ is a project that coaches and mentors those who want to ‘speak for a living’. Through THE TALK REVOLUTION, a social media campaign, MacHenry Churchill calls people to learn how to ‘talk effectively’ in order to be better communicators, and to leverage ‘the power of talk’ to be more articulate in social settings and more assertive in work environment.

MacHenry Motiv8 Churchill has been working with youths, leaders, teachers, schools, small businesses and organizations in local and corporate communities over the years. He has been exposed to opportunities far and wide as a highly sought-after motivator, keynote speaker and public speaking coach engaged year-round as a facilitator for talent development programs.

He possesses close to 20 years experience in all aspects of TALK having worked and functioned as an English Teacher for Foreign Students, Talent Rep/Spokesperson, MC/ Compere/Show Host, TV Presenter, Radio Presenter/OAP, Poet/Spoken Word Artiste, Seminar/Workshop Facilitator, Productivity Improvement Coach and Public Speaking Coach.
